Job Summary

Finstorm is hiring a dynamic and resultsdriven 360 Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, combining business development (sales) with endtoend recruitment delivery. The position is open to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Understand client hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
  • Negotiate fees, contracts, and terms of engagement
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Handle the endtoend recruitment cycle from job intake to offer closure
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage client and candidate feedback
  • Support offer negotiations and candidate onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve recruitment targets and revenue KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
  • Manage multiple roles and priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and clientmanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and job portals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency recruitment background
  • Experience hiring across multiple industries
  • Familiarity with international hiring or GCC markets (preferred)
