The Accounts / HR Administrator will support daytoday accounting operations and HR administrative activities, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, smooth coordination, and compliance with company policies. This role requires a detailoriented professional who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday accounting activities including invoices, vouchers, expenses, and recordkeeping
- Assist with payroll processing, salary coordination, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate financial and employee records in compliance with company policies
- Reconcile bank statements and support basic financial reporting
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Maintain HR records such as employee files, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate with external vendors, accountants, auditors, and service providers
- Support visa, insurance, and employee documentation processes (if applicable)
- Assist in preparing HR and accounts reports for management
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of both financial and employee data
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to Accounts and HR teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts and/or HR administration
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR/accounting systems
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Familiarity with payroll, compliance, and local labor regulations
