Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
2. Manage capital allocation, working capital, liquidity, and cash flow.
3. Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting (including Bilan & Declarations).
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (OHADA, French accounting standards).
5. Establish risk management systems, internal controls, and corporate governance.
6. Build strong investor relations and transparent stakeholder communication.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's in finance/accounting/business; MBA or CA preferred.
Proven CFO/senior finance experience in manufacturing and trade of steel.
Africa experience - preferably West Africa desirable.
In-depth knowledge of financial management, reporting standards, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, OHADA, Sage System, French Accounting, Bilan & Tax Declarations.
Fluent in French (spoken and written); English & Hindi proficiency required.
Expertise in M&A, capital raising, financial modeling, and negotiations.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
