E‑Invoicing Consultant (FS-110030080)

Position Summary

We are looking for an EInvoicing Consultant to lead implementation, compliance, and transformation projects related to UAE's new Electronic Invoicing System (EIS). The role involves performing gap analysis, configuring einvoicing within ERP systems, ensuring adherence to FTA requirements, and supporting digital transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesEInvoicing Implementation

• Lead endtoend deployment of einvoicing solutions in alignment with UAE's mandatory rollout timelines (2025-2027).
• Conduct gap analysis between current invoicing processes and FTAmandated einvoicing standards.
• Configure and test ERP integration with Accredited Service Providers (ASPs).
• Ensure invoice generation follows structured data format (XML/JSON) per FTA specifications.
• Design validation workflows to reduce invoice rejection rates by tax authorities.

Compliance & Regulatory Advisory

• Guide clients in adopting UAE einvoicing regulations including:Ministerial DecisionsCabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 (penalties)FTA reporting rules
• Review existing tax and invoicing frameworks to ensure compliance readiness.
• Train finance and operations teams on new einvoicing requirements.

ERP & System Transformation

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate einvoicing modules into platforms such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Map tax codes, VAT treatments, and mandatory invoice fields.
• Oversee UAT, system testing, and golive phases.

Technical & Functional Support

• Troubleshoot einvoicing failures, system rejections, integration errors, or incorrect data mapping.
• Support change management and process documentation.
• Monitor KPIs for invoicing accuracy, compliance, and automation efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3-8 years of experience in einvoicing implementation, digital transformation, or tax technology.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and FTA einvoicing regulations.
• Experience in ERP system implementation or tax automation.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and clientfacing ability.

Preferred

• Experience working with ASPs mandated by UAE's EInvoicing Programme.
• Prior consulting exposure (Big 4, advisory, ERP consulting firms).
• Certifications in VAT, Digital Transformation, or ERP modules.
