Role Overview:The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions of the organization. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, supports operational decision-making, and maintains compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, IFRS, and internal financial policies.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to management.
• Prepare and review management reports, statutory accounts, and audit schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
