Overview
The Investment Operations Analyst supports daily fund operations, trade processing, reconciliations, cash management, and data accuracy across investment portfolios. The role ensures smooth coordination between investment teams, fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations
- Monitor settlements, corporate actions, and transaction flows
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions
- Maintain accurate portfolio records and performance data
- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and administrators
- Support daily/weekly/monthly reporting and MIS dashboards
- Investigate and resolve operational breaks and discrepancies
- Assist with compliance monitoring and audit requests
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 1-4 years in investment operations, fund administration, or asset management
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and trade lifecycle
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with PMS/OMS is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- UAE experience preferred
