Overview
The Investor Reporting Analyst prepares highquality investor reports, fund performance dashboards, and analytics to support investor relations and portfolio management teams. The role ensures accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of investor communications.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare quarterly reports, investor letters, and fund factsheets
- Update performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and supporting schedules
- Maintain investor reporting templates and data repositories
- Validate valuation inputs, financial models, and portfolio data
- Support due diligence, fundraising, and adhoc investor requests
- Coordinate with finance, portfolio, and operations teams for data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics
- 1-4 years in investor reporting, financial analysis, or asset management
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools preferred
- Excellent analytical and datavalidation skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
