Manager – Finance & Accounts (Real Estate Industry) (FS-110030083)

The Manager - Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing financial governance across real estate development, leasing, and property management verticals. The role ensures robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, project-wise accounting, and accurate financial reporting in line with statutory and industry standards.

• Oversee endtoend financial accounting including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and project accounting
• Manage project-wise cost allocation, WIP accounting, margin analysis, and budget variance tracking
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition for sales, leasing, and service charges in line with IFRS
• Administer escrow accounts, cash flow forecasting, and fund utilization monitoring
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, RERA requirements, escrow laws, and statutory filings
• Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, feasibility models, and investment appraisal reports
• Coordinate internal and external audits, bank reconciliations, and financial due diligence
• Support senior management with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and project feasibility assessments

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred)
• 8-12 years of experience in real estate finance & project accounting
• Strong knowledge of RERA compliance, VAT, project costing, and escrow accounting
• Handson experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling
• Strong analytical, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities
