Role Overview:The M&A / Corporate Development Manager will support end-to-end transaction execution, from opportunity identification through due diligence and integration. This role plays a key part in shaping the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze potential acquisition and partnership opportunities.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
- Coordinate financial due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Assist with post-merger integration planning and performance tracking.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to UAE/GCC transactions is an advantage.
- CFA, MBA, or professional finance qualification preferred.
