We are partnering with a leading luxury interiors brand to recruit a Project Sales Manager to join their Dubai team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving project-based sales across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to securing specifications - while working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales for large-scale interior and exterior projects
- Engage with industry professionals to understand project needs and present tailored solutions
- Build strong networks with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to drive product specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from quotation to delivery
- Maintain a healthy project pipeline and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to provide insights and adjust strategies
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales within luxury building materials (tiles, sanitaryware, kitchens, lighting, wardrobes, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of specification sales processes
- Proven ability to manage and influence decision-makers across design and construction teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- UAE driving license is a must.
