Sales Associate- Marble (FS-110030029)

Position Overview:The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales of marble and stone products by actively engaging with customers, managing relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have experience in the stone/marble industry, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to represent the company professionally in the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate the value of marble and stone products effectively.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote products to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Track market trends and competitor products, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven sales experience in marble, stone, or related building materials industries.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian language proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and local business culture is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
