Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Accountantwith strongreal estate and construction accountingbackground. The ideal candidate must haveUAE experience, solid knowledge ofVAT filing, and be proficient inPact Revuesoftware.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting for real estate & construction projects
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Manage VAT calculations, filings, and compliance
• Track project costs, revenues, WIP, and budgets
• Manage property acquisitions, disposals, leasing & rentals
• Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
• UsePact Revuefor accounting and reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Support management with reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• CA qualified
• UAE experience in real estate or construction
• Hands-on withPact Revue(mandatory)
• Strong VAT knowledge
• Experience in project costing & WIP
• High accuracy, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
