- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions or industries.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
