Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Collection Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for UAE Nationals who are looking to develop a career in credit management and collections within a dynamic and structured environment.

Job Overview:

The Collection Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the collections team in managing receivables, coordinating payment follow-ups, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail to maintain strong customer relationships and optimize cash flow.

Key Duties:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate daily collection activities, including contacting customers and negotiating payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and update the CRM and ERP systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Assist in preparing reports on collection status and cash flow projections for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies and legal requirements.
  • Support escalation procedures for delinquent accounts and assist with recovery processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (0-2 years' experience).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of credit and collections processes is a plus.
  • Must be a UAE National.
