Job Overview

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in assisting with budget preparation, financial statement analysis, and variance monitoring. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure budgets and forecasts are accurate and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Duties

• Analyze financial statements and assist in forecasting budgets
• Develop budget assumptions and justifications for income and expenses
• Estimate operating and capital expenditure based on plans, trends, and historical data
• Coordinate with different teams to prepare detailed budgets for revenues, expenses, and manpower costs
• Prepare and issue monthly and periodic financial reports
• Monitor budget versus actual spending and report any significant variances
• Assist in preparing manpower budgets, including related employee costs such as visas, benefits, and recruitment expenses
• Support strategic budgeting processes aligned with organizational objectives

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (0-2 years of experience)ORDiploma in Finance (Maliyoun) with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team
• Must be a UAE National
