Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual and project-based budgets
• Track expenditures and monitor variances against approved budgets
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate risks or overruns to management
• Prepare regular budget performance reports and variance analysis
• Support forecasting for maintenance, upgrades, and capital expenditure
• Review vendor contracts and ensure invoice compliance with budgets
• Ensure internal financial controls and support audit processes
• Communicate budgeting guidelines and serve as the central point of contact for related queries

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in financial planning, budgeting, or cost control
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-focused with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
