Role Overview:The FP&A Analyst / Finance Analyst will support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. This role plays a key part in translating financial data into actionable insights that support business planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare variance analysis, trend reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Support FP&A team initiatives, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
