Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decisionmaking. The role involves financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business cases.
- Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and dashboards.
- Support strategic initiatives, investments, and business evaluations.
- Assist with M&A analysis, due diligence, and valuations (where applicable).
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support board and investor presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
