An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Manager - Corporate Finance to join a dynamic and growing advisory team focused on M&A, strategic transactions, and financial consulting across regional and international markets.

This role is ideal for finance professionals with a solid background in investment banking or corporate finance, hands-on experience in transaction execution, and strong valuation and modeling capabilities.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of M&A and financial advisory mandates. This includes preparing detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials, as well as coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the deal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end execution of M&A and advisory transactions
• Develop robust financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Prepare transaction documents such as teasers, information memoranda, and pitch presentations
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Perform market and sector research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and other advisors during transaction processes
• Guide and support junior team members across projects

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Familiarity with M&A processes including due diligence and transaction structuring
• Experience in GCC markets or developed financial centers
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
