Head of Strategic Finance

Role Overview:The Head of Strategic Finance will lead high-impact financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic initiatives. This role works closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to drive corporate strategy, performance optimization, and inorganic growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning, long-range forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy, investments, and capital allocation.
- Evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and business models.
- Support M&A activities, including target evaluation, valuation, and integration planning.
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance improvement and ROI analysis.
- Prepare strategic presentations and materials for executive leadership and the Board.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
- Experience supporting M&A, investments, or transformation initiatives.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
