Role Overview:The Finance Director / Head of Finance will lead the overall finance function and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Advise senior management on financial strategy, investments, risk management, and cost optimization.
- Design, implement, and monitor strong financial controls and policies.
- Support strategic initiatives, business expansion, and process improvement projects.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within professional services or similar sectors.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
