Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Reporting (FS-110030010)

A leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Reporting to lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role will support executive decision-making through accurate financial insights, scorecards, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Prepare and present monthly management reports and performance scorecards
• Analyze financial results, highlight key drivers, and identify risks/opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams and shareholders to align financial objectives
• Oversee budget submission and reforecasting cycles
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
• Support audit, board, and executive reporting requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors in finance, Accounting, or related; CA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred
• 8+ years' experience in financial planning/reporting, including group-level oversight
• Strong ERP and Excel skills; experience with IFRS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Background in large, multinational or investment-focused organizations preferred
