Role Overview:The Associate Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting activities and support senior finance leadership in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. This role acts as a key link between the accounting team and management, contributing to operational efficiency and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, reports, and month-end close processes.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and IFRS.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, reporting-driven environment.
