Role Overview:The Recruitment Manager leads end-to-end recruitment delivery and manages a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned portfolios.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage recruitment consultants.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Support process improvements and best-practice implementation.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 8-12 years of recruitment experience, including team leadership.
- Strong understanding of permanent and/or contract hiring models.
- Proven client and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven with strong people management capabilities.
