Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver recruitment, sales, and leadership training programs.
- Identify skill gaps and development needs across teams.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and performance impact.
- Partner with leadership on talent development strategies.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in L&D, preferably within recruitment or sales-driven environments.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
- Experience with performance and capability frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
