VAT Manager (FS-110030021)

Our client seeks a proactive VAT Manager to lead VAT compliance, reporting, and advisory across multiple business units. This is a critical role to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate VAT risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee VAT compliance including timely preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Conduct VAT impact assessments for new projects, contracts, and business processes.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and external advisors on VAT audits and dispute resolutions.
• Advice on VAT planning opportunities and optimize VAT recovery.
• Develop internal VAT policies and conduct training sessions for business units.
• Monitor legislative developments and ensure company-wide compliance with VAT regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of VAT experience in UAE or GCC region.
• Strong technical knowledge of VAT legislation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience working with ERP systems and VAT filing software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
