Hiring for a leading professional services firm providing accounting, advisory, tax, and compliance services to SMEs, corporates, and multinational clients across the UAE. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a resultsdriven Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and expand Accounts & Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for accounting, bookkeeping, advisory, tax, and compliance services
- Build and manage relationships with SMEs, startups, and corporate clients
- Understand client business and financial requirements and propose tailored advisory solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and followups
- Prepare proposals, service decks, and commercial quotations
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Stay updated on UAE market trends, accounting regulations, and advisory offerings
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of UAE sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong track record in targetdriven sales roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Prior exposure to accounting, advisory, financial, or professional services is a strong advantage
