Job Overview
The Compliance & KYC Analyst ensures adherence to regulatory requirements by conducting KYC/AML checks, reviewing client onboarding documentation, maintaining compliance records, and supporting regulatory reporting. The role is critical in safeguarding the organization against financial crime, maintaining strong governance practices, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform KYC/AML checks for investors, clients, and thirdparty stakeholders
- Review onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
- Maintain compliance registers, records, and audit-ready documentation
- Support regulatory filings, internal audits, and compliance assessments
- Monitor transactions and escalate suspicious activity when required
- Assist in updating compliance policies, workflows, and procedures
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and investment teams on compliance issues
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Compliance
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or financial services
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks: DFSA, FSRA, ADGM, or Central Bank
- Experience with screening tools such as WorldCheck, ComplyAdvantage, or Dow Jones
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- UAE experience preferred
