Legal - Corporate Legal Counsel

Role Overview:The Corporate Legal Counsel provides legal advisory support, manages contracts, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise management on legal risks and regulatory matters.
- Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
- Manage disputes and coordinate with external legal advisors.
- Ensure adherence to UAE laws and corporate policies.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 7-10 years of corporate legal experience.
- Law degree with strong commercial law exposure.
- Knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and advisory skills.
