- Oversee hard and soft services, including vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, service contracts, and operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in facilities or hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of facilities management and service delivery.
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
