Role Overview:The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance and operation of buildings and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee hard and soft services, including vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, service contracts, and operational costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues proactively.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in facilities or hospitality operations.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management and service delivery.
  • Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
